Welcome to the Pastor’s Blog of the Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church. I am Dr. Marlving P. Charlet, the Pastor of this wonderful congregation. I am extremely excited about having another way in which we can connect to readers, both locally and internationally. Christ has brought us this far and it is our goal at Shiloh to continue with outreach, serving men and women as we were instructed to do by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
The reason for this blog is:
- Connect – With members and the community by sharing and inspiring each other to do greater things.
- Care – Showing compassion as Jesus did in a culture where love seems to have faded away.
- Christ – We are expecting that people will come to know Christ as Lord and Savior.
In a world and culture where truth is relative, and skepticism is normative, faith and hope in the eternal realities is critically important. Faith in God is a source of strengthening to supercharge spiritually our immune system to live optimal lives.
